Terms of delivery

Items priced € 0.00 cannot be supplied at the moment; despite the fact that they can be added to the shopping cart, they are not regarded as orders and cannot be delivered.

After receipt of payment, your order will be shipped in a discreet packaging and delivered at your home or company address by Best Way. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been received and is being processed.

- Delivery

The default option is set to ‘Delivery'.

If you want your order delivered, we only charge flat-rate shipping costs of € 5.00 for the entire order (not per item) to be delivered within the Netherlands.

For delivery to European addresses outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs per order (again, not per item) are € 6.50.

For addresses outside Europe, we charge the current rates for packages up to 10 kilgrammes. 

If your package weighs over 10 kilogrammes (the limit for the standard rate), we will contact you.

- Picking up your order at Vrolijk
You can save the shipping costs by picking up your order at our shop. Vrolijk offers you various ways of payment at the shop: cash, bank card, credit card (Master, Visa, or Maestro), Vrolijk gift voucher, book gift voucher, or Iris check voucher.

If the items you ordered are in stock, the maximum delivery time is approximately five days, starting on the date of purchase. If an item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified of the expected delivery time. Should we be unable to supply the item, you will be notified by e-mail. In that case, you can either order another item with the same price, or we will refund the amount to you.

Items purchased through our web shop cannot be returned, unless one of the two following articles applies.
Vrolijk will not be liable for damage to or loss of items during transport. If any item you ordered has been damaged during transport, you have 21 days (counting from the shipping date) to return it to us at the address mentioned in the enclosed invoice. After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a new copy without additional charge. You will be notified of this by e-mail.

If a DVD you ordered cannot be played (with the exception of cases as described under ‘Region codes' below), you can return it to us in the same envelope, to the return address given on the envelope. The DVD can only be replaced by a copy of the same title. After receiving the faulty DVD, we will send you a new copy without additional charge. You will be notified of this by e-mail. If we are no longer able to supply the item, we will notify you by e-mail. In that case, you can either order another item with the same price, or we will refund the amount to you.

Region codes

The DVD's which are for sale through our web shop either have the code ‘region 2' (playable in Europe), or are region-free (playable everywhere in the world). DVD's bearing the code ‘region 1' will only play on a specific type of DVD player. If you use a computer to play the DVD, it may ask you to change the software's region code. Usually this can be done no more than five (5) times. Vrolijk takes great care to state a DVD's region 1 code. If despite this warning you have purchased a DVD which your equipment cannot play, we cannot accept its being returned. If, on the other hand, you have purchased a DVD which against your wish has a region 1 code through a lack of clarity on our part, we will take it back as a matter of course.

Some porn DVD's are clearly promoted as ‘bareback sex'. Vrolijk however would like to make it clear that safer sex is always necessary. ‘Porn belongs to the realm of fantasy. In real life, the average penis is smaller, and the ejaculated blobs of wallpaper paste are smaller.
